Wayne Squires
Wayne Squires is the Director of Partners in Neighborhood Transformation, a ministry of The Other Way, a local nonprofit organization in Grand Rapids, MI. The purpose of PiNT is to train and mentor leaders, support organizations, and form coalitions in the ongoing work of Christian community development so that the health of churches and neighborhoods is increased. This purpose is being achieved through a team of gifted, experienced coaches who facilitate the application of asset-based principles and practices in particular neighborhoods.
Wayne has stepped into this role with 12 years of experience in pastoral ministry, seven years of experience in corporate business management, and seven years of experience in nonprofit training/consulting work. He holds a Master of Divinity degree (in Educational Leadership) from the Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry Degree (in Missional Leadership) from Fuller Theological Seminary. He and his wife Vicki live in SE Grand Rapids, have been married 31 years, and have been blessed with four children and four grandchildren.
