Monika Grasley
As director of LifeLine Community Development Corporation of Merced County and Intermediary for CFA I work with a number of neighborhoods and community projects to implement Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Merced is a welfare county and many people are accustomed to receive handouts instead of hand-ups. Through ABCD churches, faith-based organizations, government agencies and non profits work together to help our communities find the gifts and passion that God has given them and encourage and equip them to act. I regularly train, equip and encourage pastors and community leaders to implement ABCD in their action today and their planning for the future.
