Jim Schepers and Wayne Squires
We are Church and Community coaches for Partners In Neighborhood Transformation (PINT), an arm of The Other Way Ministries in Grand Rapids Michigan. We equip West Michigan churches, non-profits, and collaborative groups for increased capacity in community transformation. Believing that the resources necessary to improve community life for all are, by God's grace, already present, we employ discovery tools within congregations, organizations and the community to identify and connect them - for the transformational benefit of all participants. Along the way, we encourage and coach, and provide support for leadership development and project management.
