How to Join

Pathway to Membership:

1. Read the Mission/Vision statements very carefully.
2. Read through the CFA Membership Criteria.
3. CFA members must sign an annually renewable memorandum of agreement with CFA. Read through the sample Memorandum of Agreement .
4. Contact a regional Church and Community Coordinator. The Regional CCC will review membership criteria and assist you in preparing for membership.
