Jim Schepers and Wayne Squiers
We
are congregational coaches for Volunteers In Service (VIS), a
non-profit organization equipping West Michigan churches and other
non-profits for increased capacity in community transformation.
Believing that the resources necessary to improve community life for
all are, by God's grace, already present, we employ discovery tools
within congregations, organizations and the community to identify and
connect them - for the transformational benefit of all participants.
Along the way, we encourage and coach, and provide support for
leadership development and project management.
